Who we are
Bahay ni Joms Roastery is a micro roastery in the Philippines. For anything about your personal information, email us at roastery@iringan.org or message us on Instagram @bahaynijoms.roastery.
What we collect
When you check out: your full name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, region, and any note you add. We also keep what you ordered and how much you paid. We don’t collect payment card or bank login details — you pay us directly through GCash or bank transfer.
Why we collect it
Only to process your order: to send you payment instructions and order updates, to check your payment, to ship your coffee, and to reply to your questions. We do not use it for marketing unless you separately ask us to.
Who we share it with
The courier, who receives only what they need to deliver your order (name, mobile number, address). Our service providers process it for us: Cloudflare stores the order, and Resend sends our order emails. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Customer details on unpaid, expired, or cancelled orders are deleted after 30 days. Details on shipped orders are deleted after 1 year. We keep the order number, items, and amounts for our sales records.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you may ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Email roastery@iringan.org and we’ll respond as soon as we can. You may also contact the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
