Why 90g bags
We’re a home roaster, so we roast in small batches and buy green coffee in small amounts too. A 90g bag lets us offer more coffees at once, and lets you try a new origin without committing to a big bag.

Where our beans come from
We buy green coffee from a few suppliers. Most of our international lots come through a green coffee supplier in China. Our Philippine coffees come either directly from farms or through local traders.
Each coffee lists its country, region, producer or farm, varietal, and process, so you know what you’re drinking.
- 03
Sorted to our standard
We brew coffee ourselves, and every bag is sorted to the standard we’d want in our own cup before it’s packed.
- 04
Freshness and resting
Every bag shows its roast date. We only send out coffee that’s no more than 8 weeks from its roast date.
Freshly roasted coffee needs time to rest. Our coffees are meant to be brewed about 3–5 weeks after the roast date. The exact window depends on the roast and is written on each bag.

Roast weight loss
Green coffee loses weight as it roasts, mostly water. How much it loses tells you about the roast: a lighter roast usually loses less, a darker roast more. We share the roast weight loss for most of our coffees, so you can compare roasts and dial in your brew.

We love washed coffees
As a new roaster, we’re especially proud of our washed coffees: clean, bright, and clear in the cup. If you’re not sure where to start, try one of them.

Tell us how it tastes
Feedback on our roast level and roast profile is always welcome, good or bad. It helps us roast the next batch better.
